How many people are affected in the BD15 area of Bradford???

Hi

For the past few months now we've been having problems with broadband disconnecting , had 3 different modems and still getting disconnected .
Been told it's someone with an analog wireless telephone that is causing problems with the Cable Broadband ??? Do I believe them ??? Apparently they are trying to trace the person with this telephone, but, in all honesty it seems a little far fetched that this can be causing the problem.

Is anyone else in this area having the same problems?
Have you been told the same thing?

Seriously considering changing ISP to one that actually works as it should do!

It's possible that they added the phone themselves, or to an extension which is reflecting crap back into the network, it is possible.

If it is possible, then this problem is never going to get sorted, will start looking for another ISP ASAP!!!

Apparently, they have been trying to track it for a couple of months now, to no avail...

Well, time to move i guess then, if it's taken them that long it's not worth it.

I mean providers, not home
