Missing Bills - contact details?

Hi, I've been awaiting this months ntl bills arriving, and they seem to have gone astray. I read they've recently changed the billing system, so suspect somehow we've been omitted from the billing cycle.

I had this happen a few years ago too, and it took months to sort out, only getting done when I threatened to cancel the direct debits, and pay the bills via normal methods, once the bills finally arrived.

Does anyone know a phone number for customer services that doesn't face these new charges? It really sticks in my throat having to pay to phone them to tell them about a problem with their service / billing.

The direct debits are due out in the next day or so, so under the DD sceme rules the bills should have been here long ago (normally arrive a week or more before it's due to go out of the bank).

It's only a few months since they got the discount applied properly for being on the triple pack now, after it kept charging full price. Seems every time they make a change to the system something gets cocked up.

Thanks for any help re a free phone number to customer services.
