3. How can I tell if I have been upgraded?

As of 11th April 2006 all upgrades have been completed.

If you have not received your confirmation email from blueyonder and/or think you are not getting your new speed then you should power off and on (Reboot) your modem this will attempt to download the correct configuration file from the network. If this does not give you your expected speed then check out the rest of this FAQ.

This information was taken from this site http://anniebrion.myby.co.uk/broadband-faq.html#para3
