New Calender Month w/ NTL

Hey guys,

I've been leaving and coming back to NTL for some time, specifically for the disconnects constantly, which I have now worked out how to get around them.

My question is to do with the NTL calender month, as in when a new month would start for me with NTL, I've just joined NTL again on the 9th of January 2006 (day of official connection). The problem is I do not however know whether a new month with NTL starts on the 1st of each month, or the 9th of each month for me?

I'm finding it hard to word this thread and to make you guys understand what I mean, its just one of those things.

In a nut-shell, I'll give you guys an example, not really a good one in my mind but it should work:

I'm on the NTL 10mb Connection, I'm consider myself a gamer, but for the sake of examples, I'll say I'm a heavy user, I've got the 75gb caps /month, will NTL start my new month with them on the 1st of each month or the 9th of each month (installation / official connection to NTL).

Maybe its because I'm tired, or maybe my head is not functioning correctly at the moment, but I've tried my best to make sense of what I mean, if anyone understands and has an answer to it, please be my guest and help me out , it would be appreciated greatly.

Re: New Calender Month w/ NTL

I take it you are asking when your cap is reset?

I have to admit, I don't know the answer, but hopefully somebody will.

to CableForum, BTW.

Re: New Calender Month w/ NTL

Hey, thanks for the welcome, much appreciated

Going back to your reply,

You could say something like that, it does actually go with what I'm saying, as caps resetting and new calender month could be a part of each other.

If anyone knows whether these things are the same or different, your welcome to reply.
