Connecting BT Voyager 1500 to Motorola Surf board; Wireless won't work

Hi there
I am trying to install a wireless connection to my Blueyonder internet account, but I can't seem to get it to work. I have the Motorola surfboard and the BT Voyager wireless adaptor, but I don't seem to be able to access the wireless connection from my laptop. I can see the wireless name, but I don't seem to have internet access.

Does anyone have any advice on how to configure these devices.

Thank you
Marian

Have you rebooted the Surfboard?

Is this as simple as pressing the button on the front of the surboard? If so I have, if it is not then how do you reboot?

Never seen a BY Surfboard, but the usual way to reboot NTL modems is to pull the power lead out for 20 sec.

Best to try connecting via one of the ethernet ports on the router first before using wireless - one step at a time.

Hi I have now got everything up and running and secure. Thanks for all of your help, I don't think I would have ever got there without you.

Cheers
