Help my Billing hell continues...
Was hoping some kinight in armour can take up my cause, as my billing hell continues week after week....
Since my services were cut off thru Ntl trying to charge me too much, even after they had "said" they had resolved it even tho 4 different CS and Billing couldnt agree on the total cost of my package or how much i really owed.
It was meant to of been finally fixed and i have had 2 weeks of peace and quiet till yesterday... when some collection agency called yesterday and today trying to recover money for NTL.
I called NtL spoke to a very polite CS rep who said the bill was completely crazy and she couldnt make head nor tails of it, she said it looked like everyone had tried there keyboard skills at fixing it and just made it worse, she said there wasnt much she could do and passed me too Credit control... (this is were i lost it) credit control said i wasnt on the account and refused to talk to me, Ive been taking care of the NTL side for around 4 years. i kindly asked her to put me back thru to CS she promptly hung up instead.
I called NtL again, was told a similar story by another CS rep, and said it would be fixed... he promptly set to working trying the sort my account, First tried to charge me too much for my package, i had to correct his mistake.. then tried to charge me a reconnection fee for when my services were cut (Ntls billing fault not mine) then i asked him how much i would owe this next bill, he said i would be in credit some £29.... my minds amazed... im meant to pay £8 a month + call charges , ive paided £18.21 in all that time, thats the only figure they can agree upon maybe right, now im being told im in credit £29 but yet a collection agency says i owe £137
Please please help....
