SACM billing

I recently went from STB to SACM,i had to set up a new direct debit.I have just got an email saying when the money will be withdrawn.

Will i get a proper bill through the post or not?

I believe that by default you do not get a paper bill, however if you contact ntl they can tick a box on your account which means one is produced.

edit: just to clarify, if you have telephone/ tv the bill for these will still be produced as normal, it is just the SACM BB that is billed through another system.

perfectly correct chris,no bills by default only the email reminder if paying by DD

I've not had a paper bill for my BB for some months now, but I've never received an email reminder either.
Should I be getting these emails if I have no paper bill?

yes if you pay by DD but i know there have been issues with customers not receiving them

I have always got a paper bill every single month and have been paying by dd since I signed up.
