line rental on triple plan?
Any one on the NTL triple plan package?
I have just signed up I was on tv and digital tv only. I was quoted £32.99 which includes the 1mb BB.

I have just checked the small print on the NTL site and in the small print it states that it does not include the line rental at £10.50 per month. This was not mentioned on the phone with the NTL rep. So can someone confirm that the monthly bill will be £43.49?

If it is I have not signed anything and the installation is due next week, so any problems if I wish to cancel?

If you are talking about this plan:

Then it should include the line rental and the total cost should only be £32.99 per month. It looks like they have copied the small print from another page that does not include line rental.

Welcome to the site.
I fell into this "small print" trap with another company, all I got was always read the small print. Ring ntl back they will be able to help more. and clear up any misunderstandings.

Thanks for the replies!
I telephoned NTL today and they assured me that it was £32.99 per month and the line rental of £10.50 in the small print on their website was incorrect!
I hope they are right?

As a matter of interest when does the contract come into effect? After the installation is completed, when presumably I will have to sign something?
If so I will have a good read of the terms and conditions before signing!
