royal mail is to donate £1 million pounds to the 2012 london olympic bid in a way of an apology to its customers due to the recent strikes
this all fine and dandy by donating this money but what about the mail that still has not been delivered the union should have reacted better and i think a cut in postage stamp prices temporarily should have been introduced as compensation compaines are allways quick to raise prices
Anything that prevents Ken Livingstone pinching even more of my money is to be welcomed. As far as I am concerned, if anyone wants the Olympics then let them put their money where there mouth is, not expect London council tax payers to subsidise them to the tune of £20 per year for 7 years.
