Perhaps I should keep quiet about it, but I'm too honest for my own good sometimes, and I do fear a huge bill when NTL finally realise.
I'm posting here mainly because I had my ntl phone line and STB removed because I seldom used either and went to SACM only.
Last time I rang CS to give them Direct Debit details the wait and eventual call cost me a tenner on my mobile (0800 calls are charged at full rate), so I'm not too keen to repeat that experience and am hoping that one of the helpful staffers here can sort it out?
