Can anyone suggest a free vbulletin eqiv ?

i'm using IPB on one of my sites but this option has been removed from my fantastico installation on my control panel,

I dont want to fork out just yet for VB until my site gets off the ground (if that happens lol)

But i do want a good vb eqiv thats free....

I dont want PHPBB as i want something different, although i may have to use it if i cant find an equiv.

Let the suggestions commence..

I'd recommend either SMF ( http://simplemachines.org ) or myBB ( http://www.mybboard.com )

myBB is very vBulletin in it's feel, I'm liking it more and more as I test it actually.

I had just installed SMF but did not like it...

Use myBB, it's very vb like. I have a test copy running on my iweb account here.
