Reboot modem/STB, then reboot router (if you have one), then reboot PC. If this doesn't work can you give some more info on your system setup, ie internet through STB or Modem etc
Just spoke to NTL and they say that port 80 is being blocked. I have even gone into safe mode and it's still the same ie no firewall.
It's a clean installation of XP Pro with a cable modem and a D-Link DFE-538TX ethernet card.
NTL says that port 80 was blocked on my computer but I don't think it was.
My connection started backup this morning without me doing anything. I think there was a problem with there servers and they did not say anything about it
