I currently have Cable TV, 2 MB Broadband through my set top box and a telephone line all with NTL. I am thinking of cancelling my Cable TV and telephone but want to keep the Broadband. What do I need to do to ensure continual broadband connectivity? And, as I am not technically minded, how will I continue to have access to Broadband once my set top box has gone.
Many thanks, looks as though there should be no problem. I just seem to recall a post on another thread where it was suggested that a new pin number (?) was required before the modem could be activated.
