Shuttle sff power on problem
Basicly I have a shuttle-x sff, Its one of the first Nforce 2 chipsets (I think its an sn41g2).
I use it in the living room as a media center linked to the tv. Recently Ive noticed that there seems to be an increasingly large delay between pressing the power button and the machine actually powering up (counted 20 seconds today and it seems to be getting longer each time).
Any ideas what the problem could be? My first thought is that the PSU is knackered, I really hope this isnt the case with this as the sff psu's are quite expensive to replace.
Just thought I would try here for any input you all may have before I go replacing bits.

Re: Shuttle sff power on problem
Disconnect all power sources.
Hold in Power button for 10 seconds
Reconnect all power sources
Turn on
Discharges all the static and charge from the components.
