Unable to view photos Windows 11
Hi Iam unable to view my photos, they are either blanked out or not there. Help!

When opening the file did you give it a minute or two to load up? Windows 10 was horrible for this. It may have been fixed in 11.

If I may ask, what are you trying to view (open) them with?
I've used irfanview for years, never liked the Microsoft stuff for photo's & pictures.
It could be something as simple as a file association hiccup . . Jaymoss will suss it though 
edit: random thought . . years ago daughter had issues with photos transferred to windows PC from her iPhone, don't suppose you have an iPhone and it's recent photos?

Don't suppose anyone here has Tinkys phone number and can call her tell her to just re enable the wifi I accidentally turned it off trying to access networking while remote access and I do not have any other contact details

Oops!
Maybe someone has access to their FB friends list and can figure something out. Maybe Tinky has a mobile and would be able to see an email notification on there. Didn't you phone Tinky once to help her out, you may still have that number?

She is back and all sorted . Her phone and PC was connected and for some reason the S22 disconnected from the PC. The gallery was showing missing photos due to this lost connection as they were being viewed from the phone not locally on the PC. All sorted now
