Re: Random mouse pointer
if like me you have software that you installed with the mouse, uninstall and then reinstall.

Re: Random mouse pointer
Has anyone had access to your machine recently? There is currently a prank going around where an app is installed that causes this. It might have been in an attachment or something. So if it is not software issues with the mice then I would run malware and AV software

Re: Random mouse pointer
Is this a desktop or laptop? I once had issues with using a mouse but the laptop touched was still active but playing up. Disabling the touchpad either all the time or just when an external mouse is connected might help. In Windows 11, these options are in Settings —> Bluetooth and Devices —> Touchpad

Re: Random mouse pointer
Uninstall the drivers. Turn off the machine. Switch back on again. Windows should install driver again.
