Any decent router has a firewall, better than windows.
However, Defender isnt a firewall, so is it a firewall you're actually after ?

Windows Defender Firewall is
As said router has one and windows defender fire wall with a few custom rules when needed passes all the leak tests and port scans I have tried so no need for anything else imo
