Moving to 500mb from 350mb?

I upgraded to 500mb BB from 350mb using the upgrade package deal on the VM account. This was a few days ago and it estimated today would be the connection date.

I'm still only getting 350mb Download speeds when testing on speed net. I've turned the router on and off to see if it needed that but it's not made a difference.

How long does it usually take to change over? Might be that I need to have a chat with them on live chat.

Re: Moving to 500mb from 350mb?

usually when I changed packages with Virgin it was done instantly after the request was put in but this was over the phone. I think you should give it to midnight tonight then call in the morning if still not upgraded. .

Re: Moving to 500mb from 350mb?

I've not bothered looking as would need to reset the modem to get back off modem mode to access it. I think my wife is going to have to call them as our current contract hasn't changed to the new one yet
