It's Pancake Day what are you having on yours?
So it's Pancake Day, I always have around 4-5 as my main meal loaded with sugar and lemon! Maybe one day I'll change.
How do you have yours?

Maple syrup and whipped cream on the first batch, lemon and sugar on the second. Whatever’s left on the third.

Never tried maple syrup on traditional pancakes as I only use maple syrup on American style pancakes (or waffles) and served with ice cream.

Growing up, we always had lemon and sugar on traditional British style pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, but when on holiday a visit to a Little Chef was always one of the treats and they always served British style pancakes with maple syrup.
I longed for the day when I was too old for the kids menu and it would be two pancakes with syrup and ice cream instead of just one pancake with syrup only.

Unfortunately I've had to postpone my pancakes as been suffering from a cold since last Friday, so don't have much appetite.
