2 UK BB ISP's trial new internet snooping system.
Wonder why the Government is doing this? To catch trolls, those accessing child abuse material, scammers, terrorists?

Even before the Government admitted to doing it, I always assumed that they would be spying on us.
What's the difference between a proxy server & a VPN? Which is better?

A VPN.
A proxy server just redirects web requests, a VPN routes and anonymises all network traffic.
