Interference on Playback
Hi there
Over the weekend I was watching "Rebecca Martinson???: Arctic Murders" on ALL4 through the V6 box - to avoid the adverts - when displays from Netflix came up, although the sound from the programme continued. I stopped and restarted the playback but the same thing occurred a few minutes later, unfortunately at over an hour into the programme so that I had to fast forward to resume the playback.
I decided to watch the rest of the programme on All4 from my iPhone using Chromecast, which was fine. Has anyone else come across this and/or has anybody any suggestions as to what may have gone wrong?
The Programme was excellent - really enjoyed it and hoping there are more of these to come.

What do you mean by "displays from netflix came up" ?
Do you mean adverts, or the actual video switched to something else ?
If the video switched, how did you know it was netflix ?

This is a known fault which Netflix are working on. In the meantime rebooting your box should make the problem go away for a while.

Thanks guys.
Displays - it was static billboards advertising specific Netflix movies, the display changed but it was static not moving pictures + the sound seemed to be from the program I was watching. Very strange error. 👎🏾
