It shares a transport stream with 268 National Geographic HD, 411 Sky Cinema SciFi & Horror HD & 404 Sky Cinema Greats HD so, if any of those are in your VM package, it might be worth checking them out to see if they are also breaking up.
Either way, report it and get your power levels etc checked out.
Leicester is part of the ex-NTL Langley platform, which is still separate from the ex Telewest / ex C&W platform. Unfortunately, I don't see frequency updates for that part of the network.
Levels were way out, lots of errors, now balanced, so ok now i hope.
Id been having internet drop outs for years as well and sound drop outs on Sky HD movies. Didn”t think much about it really. Hoping that the issues are sorted now.
