Missing episodes on Vhd boxes 'On Demand'

Once again 'On Demand' on my Vhd box is missing latest episodes on the following programs 'Hooten And The Lady' eps 7&8,'Arrow' ep2,'Hunters' ep10, 'Criminal Minds 'ep3 Chicargo Fire' ep.22, 'The Blacklist' ep.1 and 'Bitten 'ep.8. Why are Virgin so slow to add these programs? Some on here say On Demand is the futurefor tv but if so lets hope we don'thave to rely totally on Virgin!

VOD is certainly the future, but I agree that it needs to be managed properly. I am not sure whether it is Virgin's fault or not, but whoever is to blame for these delays/omissions needs to be sorted out. It's simply unprofessional.

Well it's got its place alongside live tv for sure but Virgin need to start upping their game if they want to hang on to customers

Re: Missing episodes on Vhd boxes 'On Demand'

There are many issues with On Demand through TiVo.
If you look on the official forum the amount of people reporting error code 319 (On Demand currently unavailable try again later) is a joke.
It happens for loads of different items but particularly ones supplied through Sky.
It has been going on since September and has got worse by the day.

There was a fault reported against the System Status for a while but they removed it however the fault still exists as it is mentioned in a recorded message to Virgin (clearly having so many calls about it) and the forum keep quoting the fault reference.

So currently we have a speed issue with TiVos as confirmed by Virgin 2 months ago and now admitted On Demand issues.
Not a great time for a price rise......

Agree not a great time for price rises. They should be freezing prices and giving discounts for failing to deliver an acceptable service. They won't of course but should.
