broadband interfering with tivo

Hi,
Hello to all the cable forum members.
I have got a problem with the picture on my tivo. Most channels have some sort of interference from the Superhub. I do not use wireless and all my networks are wired cat6 cable. When I upload/download test the picture on the tivo is very poor. If I turn the superhub off the picture is fine.

Dose anybody know how to solve this issue? I would call VM but at the moment I don't have the time to wait in for an engineer.
Thanks again

Re: broadband interfering with tivo

Check all the cable connectors are properly tightened.

Can you describe the interference, or better still, post a screenshot?

Where are the Superhub, TiVo and TV in relation to each other?

How is the TV connected to the TiVo?

ps. Welcome to the forum!

Re: broadband interfering with tivo

Hi thanks for the reply.
All F connections are good and checked 3 times.
I get horizontal pixelation lines. This increases the as more bandwidth is used.

Walloutlet-----splliter

No lead is longer than 3m
TV is connected by HDMI to the Tivo. (HDMI cable has been replaced)
Thanks

Re: broadband interfering with tivo

Looks like a signal fault on the cable. You will need a tech visit I'm afraid.

Re: broadband interfering with tivo

I would say that's more like interference with the to set. If it was an issue with the VM signal it would be all pixilated. That looks like some kind of analogue interference
