Compared to what? In what context? An increased weekend (marginal utilisation)?

Are you going to show the rest of the cards in your hand (SHub stats et al)?

Otherwise I'll see your SH2AC with mine(BN37N*) :

and raise you a SH3(BN37N*):

I know another player's hand, on SH2AC(BN35L*):

lol

EDIT: Either confirm you've pursued your "question" off forum and/or post the link to your thread in VM Community?
(NB: DB133 has not posted in the latter for 4 yrs.... perhaps another pseudonym? )

I attempt to help many (but most of my forum centric offerings/suggestions get thrown back in my face - but's that's due to my arrogant acerbic lack of style! ).
I don't immediately recall what cable segment you're on but certain RF impairments can potentially also affect TV either thru D/S ..pixellation or EPG/VOD etc on upstream for example.
Unless there is a tame Level2 from Swansea on this site that is prepared to check your cable segment/network stats then you're best bet is to post a thread on VM Community forums! (post the link here) and if it's got Brighton in the subject then I'll likely pick it up....

Otherwise, with due respect to the excellent contribution of others here then ultimately you'll either need to ring in or post on VM forum.
I certainly don't intend to duplicate my effort trying to follow same user problem on both!.

EDIT: Nothing wrong with my Tivo/BB Cable segment - my TBB/BQM's were intended to illustrate how meaningless these BQM's are without the context and more comprehensive stats....

Before I/we duplicate effort then have you posted on the actual VM Community Support forum as I can't locate the username that you have used here?

Yes I'm in Brighton(Hove) but there are about 4 CMTS provisioning servers and at least 40+ cable segments..... and as far as I know (because I keep an eye out for Brighton are issues on the community forums) then all the Arris upgrades have been completed in Main city and Worthing/Lancing almost...
That only leaves some cable segements and individual users "noise" issues left which is BAU and shouldn't last a year.

Do you have a Fault Reference?

EDIT: Hadn't realised this was just another time-waster duplicating on multiple threads - I'll not bother with any further effort.

Yep (cheers) and there should be a lanc9 as well! .... but they phased these a tad later and not until they finished most (if not all) of the ArrisE6k's in Brighton!
