Upload 16QAM & 64QAM at the same time. Issue ?

Hello folks,

I've been seeing some problems recently. Logged into my superhub and noticed that i seem to be on both 16 and 64QAM upload channels.
Is this normal, could this be causing the speed issues i've been seeing? (see screen shot)

Not ideal but quite normal, and probably not, especially if the performance issues are only in the evenings and at weekends.

Could be a big lump of noise at 39.4mhz bringing the snr on that frequency below the freshold which means it automatically reverts to qam16 as a fail safe
