The internet is not a childs toy. The sooner parents realise that the better. Sadly some parents don't even seem to know what their children are accessing nor do they care.
Even if they are concerned they expect someone else to protect their children instead of doing something about it themselves. Undesirable* content can never be fully blocked.
*Define. What is undesirable for one person may be quite normal for someone else.
