50M : slooooow speed

been checking recently,broadband speed via vm. should be getting uo to 50 mb maximum.as im at work all week i only check speeds at the weekend. sunday april 5th ping between 16 to 80, download 3.26 to 6.06, upload 2.34 to 3.06. upload seems to be okay but everything else is bad.
11th april ping all under 20, down 16-27 mb upload steady 3.
today 12th april back to below 10 mb download, and still at 3 upload ping through the roof.
do these speeds warrant a call to virgin media?
i can get more consistant speed on my mobile.

perhaps but the immediate assumption will be that it is peak time congestion because everyone is off work/school and speeds tend to suck over the weekend and especially weekend evenings. If you want to know if something else is going on then you need to run a speed test tomorrow morning before you go to work. If speeds are closer to your provisioned speed then you know everything is ok. It has just gone 20:00 and this is my result for 152/12
