SH2 Wireless 5G connection issue

just noticed this morning that I my phone isn't auto connecting to wireless when I switch it on, same with the wifes phone and I noticed that while my Sky box wireless light on in, in the settings page it says "failed" when trying to connect to On Demand.

For some reason it will connect to 2G (Channel 6).

5G is channel 36+40.

When I check the phones it says its trying to obtainthe IP address then after a while it says "avoided, poor connection" even though the phone is less than 2 feet away from the router.

when you try to connect it constantly says trying to authenticate.

while this fix itself or is there another issue?

Haven't had the SH2 for long
