Record from TIVO box

I have several items recorded on my TIVO box that I wish to protect in the event the box fails.

Is there a method of saving from the TIVO disc onto, say my own hard drive?

Re: Record from TIVO box

Not very easily. Only way to do it is connect the scart out to a DVD/HD recorder and record in real time.
