Re: moving adress

In the past they've waived the fee for me when I've said the house I'm moving to already has VM - not sure if that'd work for you or even if they can still do this now.

Re: moving adress

Your under contract. It's not fair for virgin to give you a special deal and free installation for you just to leave 12 months after.

Re: moving adress

Are you moving because your other half is being moved to a different base/country and you have to move with them? If so then try explaining this to them as the move is beyond your control.

Re: moving adress

Was going to say the same myself earlier but every try I made of wording it, it sounded either rude or patronising. If the OH is being moved around a lot, which I know my grandparents were (longest they lived in one place whilst in active service was around 2.5 to 3 years).

When you talk to them again, be polite. Rudeness will not get you anywhere, and if circumstances are beyond your control then there should be a deal of flexibility.
