Question Virgin TV Anywhere App, Sky Sports & Samsung Galaxy S3

Trying to stream Sky Sports 1 on my Galaxy S3 and it comes up with error message that it can't stream on my device (screenshot attached). Other channels stream okay.

From the help, the S3 is supported, as far as I can see. The icon for streaming is there.

Is this an error and is there anything I can do to solve this problem? I am subscribed to the Sky Sports on my home tv.

Thats because sky will only allow there premium channels to stream via there app, the android app from sky is coming soon. BTW you have to use the sky site for premium channels on the pc version of Tv anywhere now as well, it sends you to there page when you click on a premium streaming channel.

Thanks for the advice. I didn't know that we would have to use Sky's own app.

I don't use the PC version of TV Anywhere, just the mobile.
