Ntl/Virgin media email going to receiver's Junk Folder

Hi

Since about the start of April I have sent emails to friends and have discovered that the emails are not being received, or appear to be going to the receiver's Junk email folder. I have tested this myself with a "mail2world.com" account and believe the same is happening for hotmail.com accounts.

This problem appears to happen regardless of whether sending from an android phone, or Windows Live application on my PC. However, if I log on to my Virgin email account via the web and send from that, emails are received in the Inbox. Has anything changed in the last couple of weeks, or is there a setting I can change...otherwise, other than asking my regular friends to put my email address in their safe list, there is no guarantee that emails will be received into the receiver's inbox.

Any help will be most appreciated!
Thanks
