Thumbs up Galaxy Note charging port dead

For information

My wife's beloved Note's charging port decided to go toes up, would only charge when cable was pushed back from the phone.
Anyway after some searching online she found this company https://www.eblast.co.uk/
They are an authorized Samsung & Nokia service center based in Mansfield Woodhouse (so pretty local for us)

One quick phone call they said bring it in, if the phone is not water damaged or tampered with, then as long as its within Samsung's warranty period it'll be a free fix.

Dropped it off yesterday (Fri) @ 3pm & got a call today (Sat) at 1pm to say the phone's USB port had been replaced FOC.
Great service, quick turnaround & overall very happy (well Mrs Ferret is)
Its not often you find a gem of a shop/repair center like this so I thought it would be well worth a mention.
