ntlworld.com rejecting GMX Emails??
Hi,
My wife is a GMX.com EMail client user on an ordinary ADSL service (not cable) and her messages are not being received by 2 friends of ours, both with ntlworld.com addresses. Moreover, non-receipt is not matched by delivery failure notification to my wife. Nor are her Emails going into the ntlworld spam folders. Both text and html messages have been tried.
The friends have been sent Emails (cc to my wife) with both name and domain containing deliberate typos - delivery failure notifications are received by my wife which indicates that the mails are leaving the GMX smtp servers and being rejected by ntl?
What do the ntl addressees need to check to get to the bottom of this???
Any advice would be gratefully received.
