love Virgin2013 is an unknown quantity at this point
is it my Tivo box or TV?

I have a 40in smart TV and a Tivo box and for some reason when there is fast movement on screen it goes blurred for what i would say is 1 second.

its like each time there is fast movement on screen its trying to focus like a camera does.

also on HD channels when something is showing black it looks like its snowing so again could that be my box?

ive changed the HDMI cable with no joy.

I have a Samsung TV.

I would call Virgin as i do have a feeling its the box as TV has freesat on it and its ok when viewing it that way but know they wont know what the hell im on about.

any help please.

Have you tried a different HDMI socket on the TV? Do you have a Bluray player connected by HDMI as if that works then it might point to a Tivo problem

If its ok when you turn of the cable box and watch freesat then yes it must be the cable box at fault.
It would happen all the time if it was your tv.
