ITV HD freezes
Whenever I change the channel over to ITV HD, it always shows either a black screen with audio or a freezeframe with audio. I have to change channel and go back a couple of times before it works.
Is this my box or TV?

On one specific channel, I can't see how it would be your telly. Something's not right with the box, and I would speculate the power level on your cable may be at the edge of acceptable, although others more knowledgeable would be able to confirm that. If so, you need a tech out to make a simple adjustment.

I agree with Chris. It's either the signal or the box. Do you ever re-boot your box? If not, try that first and see if it improves. If not, ring Customer Services.

Re: ITV HD freezes
Not done a reboot, will do one tomorrow some time. Did it on a few other channels tonight, so looks like it is the box. Need to call CS anyway about something so if a reboot doesn't fix it then an engineer visit is likely.
