Broken or simply useless ?

I've been trying - without success - to set up another Email address.

On the 'my profile' page I go through the setup until I reach the last page and it says 'sorry there is a problem and this is currently not working'

ok fine I says . . . .

Then I try again a few hours later, yet as I go through the process again I'm given the startling information that the new Email address I wanted is already taken . . oh really ?

please make your mind up, it either worked the first time or it didn't, and if it didn't work the address should still be available !

Amateurs . . . .

resolved, everything worked today, new email for wife is up & running
