Child can not buying movies ?

Hi all

I have set up an avatar for myself and my 13 year old daughter....

On her profile I have set it so

Content can be purchased

Movies can be download

And my credit card number

When she try's to buy a movies (One direction : this is us) it comes up requesting my security code (which is good )

She then get the option to buy or rental the move

When they click confirm a message appears stating purchases aren't allow from the account...........

Spent hours trying to make things work and have basically given up...........

Would be grateful for any advice or guidance on resolving this issue

Many thanks for your time

Regards

Mike

I'm prepared to be corrected on this, but I'm sure child accounts cannot purchase content on Xbox Live

Re: Child can not buying movies ?

Could it be because it's age related content?

Personally, I would just set up a regular adult account with no payment method, only using 'gift cards' to purchase content
