Yes it's lot smaller than Tivo and very quiet because there's hard drive or cooling fan, but the EPG is horrendous it only has about 6-10 hours of listings, so don't expect anything more than completely basic.

I have V Hd the Epg goes for almost 24 hours its a great little box, I have had mine for nearly 3 years, no problems what so ever.
