I don't think so, it would need a webcam.

Yes I know but you could plug a camera into one on the USB sockets

Yes that's one of the reasons why we use our landline as its good to see and talk to your family and friends on Skype.

I think that probably this may be a bit of a lost cause but it would be pretty good.
