Superhub needing rebooted every morning

Until recently i haven't had a problem with the Superhub - the original - but recently upon cold booting the PC there appears to be no Internet , can't even connect the hub's homepage and have to pull the power and reboot.

Is this a sign its on its way out?

Re: Superhub needing rebooted every morning

Probably one of your neighbours with a HH on the same channel.

Try changing your channel, use InSSider to find the least congested.

Or better still, get a proper router and retire the Shub to modem mode duties only.

Re: Superhub needing rebooted every morning

Thanks for your reply , the PC is wired the wireless is only occasionally used for the phone or Sky Ondemand and is set to Auto - does this not automatically change channel if it detects congestion?

I really don't use wireless enough to justify the cost of a dedicated router.

Re: Superhub needing rebooted every morning

Sounds like a DHCP problem. Try setting a static IP on the PC and see if it can ping the router. If not, possibly a Supserhub firewall bug
