TV Catchup problems

For the last 2 days i have not been able to watch anything on catchup as there is a message on the catchup part saying there is a fault but when i look on the faults page on the website there is nothing.

i live in the SK11 area so does anyone know if there is a problem in my area as i have reboot the box with no joy at all.

Re: TV Catchup problems

I've just tried a random SK11 postcode and no TV outages are listed (but that doesn't mean there isn't a more localised outage). Are you getting an error code? If on TiVo, is this BBC catchup (iPlayer) or other channels? Is there an error message at the top of the screen when you press the Home button?
