phone wire help

sorry if this is not in the right place

ive recently moved to a house that has had the outside insulation panels cut a long story short they cut the wire coming to the house at the roof and covered the box.. ive spoken to bt in feb when i moved in and aranged for an engineer to come .. they did and give me some excuse about needing a specialist driller to drill the panels .. well anyway rebooked and they ring once a week to cancel and now they say mid may they gonna come out ... so im gonna do it my self

i know once they come into the house they use different colours thats where im stuck as i few that i can manage to find on my phone are different

so what i want to know is the wires coming to the house are
3x yellow ( strengthening wires) not used i gatherd

1x green ...... connected to colour ?
1x black ...... connected to colour ?
1x white ...... connected to colour ?
1x orange ...... connected to colour ?

then which colour goes to A & B in the box in the house
