Power Levels

Posted this question over on the 'official' forums about 2 weeks ago and so far have had no reply .... so I thought I would ask here

Power levels on both my cable modem and V+ have dropped after the major power outages over here with the bad weather some weeks ago.

The ACG is showing -11, n/a, -12

Are these too low?

I've been having issues with my Sharp TV not picking up the HDMI inputs and wondering if this is anything to do with it?

The cable modem also dropped from around 0db to around -4db. VM say this is still acceptable for the modem.
