Cancer risk higher among people who eat more processed meat, study finds

Yet another study one if we listened to all advice what could we possibly eat. By the time experts finished we should only eat grass.

Then got me thinking on this latest study. Have they done study properly we in midst of horsemeat scandal in processed meat at the moment. We already been told this likely been going on for some time. Its not been exclusive to beef pork sausages have found to have had horsemeat DNA.

Yet this study suddenly appears would have likely tested meat which had DNA horsemeat. If the horsemeat had bute or any of the chemicals used to inject in horses it skews the findings surely. One the things Bute has it can cause cancer in humans.

Creagh said: "I am in receipt of evidence showing that several horses slaughtered in UK abattoirs last year tested positive for phenylbutazone, or bute, a drug which causes cancer in humans and is banned from the human food chain. It is possible that those animals entered the human food chain."
So can we trust study acurate that the processed meat is the issue or contamination afoot. Why have they not thought of the link.

Not forgetting in 2010 the study red meat processed meat is linked it to bladder cancer too.

Surely these studies should be looking into the possibilty they been skewed.
