Cant log in

been trying since yesterday I've tried through IE8, Firefox, Google Chrome, & i keep getting the message The connection has timed out, reason i,m trying to get in SH is that my wireless wont go above 50 Meg & i,m on 100MB connection.

Tried pinhole reset think something broke off inside SH so i just pulled mains power lead out for 10 seconds plugged back in, i,m now in SH Settings,Thanks for advice, just going through all wireless channels now to see if i can get over 50MB on wireless.

just saying tests by customers confirm 100meg over wifi can be done.
