Upgrade to 120mbit...

Quote:
if you're one of our up to 100Mb customers, we're going to upgrade you to up to 120Mb. It may take a while, but it's coming.
Hang tight - we estimate your area will be ready between September 2013 and December 2013.
Yay! just another year to wait... is this not a bit too long?

Re: Upgrade to 120mbit...

seems excessive for just a 20% bump. By then probably be a new top tier.

Re: Upgrade to 120mbit...

I wouldn't worry about it, the estimates seem to be messed up as in they say those same dates for people already upgraded to 120mb and even says between 2014-2013 for others.

Think yourselves lucky, my area isn't even going to get proper 100Mb until then, let alone 120...

Re: Upgrade to 120mbit...

Yeah I don't need it but my flatmate has it anyway. Good job my uncapped 20Mbps upload beats anything VM are gonna come up with in the next few years. Makes a huge difference when it comes to distributed HPC
