Slow Internet

Hi All,

For the last few days the router has been a little bit dodgy between restarting itself at random times and the general slowness off it - I was wondering if someone could take a look at the pictures and see if there are any problems with it.

Today its been struggling to load the most simplest of pages like outlook and google and at points its failing to even load the admin page of the router itself.

Cheers

Re: Slow Internet

The network log is blank, thinking about it, it hasn't populated itself for about a week now but as the internet has been on I haven't bothered myself with it.

Edit: I actually restarted the modem a few hours ago so I would have thought there might of been something in there by now

Re: Slow Internet

ya, sounds like the router is screwed dude. Even when everything is running smoothly you should see entries for dhcp renewals and maintenance requests etc

Re: Slow Internet

Did a factory reset on the hub, not getting anything through on the log apart from 1 message now -
Date Time Error Number Error Description
18/02/2014 09:19:29 2436694061 Dynamic Range Window violation

I will give virgin a ring in a bit and get them to check it out
