TiVo Box Lag?

Does anyone get lag while using the tivo box. It can sometimes take 15 seconds or so to get on option on. Never had this with sky.

15 seconds is a really long time. If you're not exaggerating then I think you might have a problem and should speak to Virgin about it. That said, the TiVo isn't as fast as Sky+. I wouldn't say it was a slow box, but it's certainly not the quickest. What in particular took so long to complete, or is it just a general lag, which is probably more noticeable because you've come from Sky?
